Heading south from Woody Gap it is a level one mile walk to Tritt Gap. Also shown is FS Road 42 at junction with GA 60. FS 42 travels west 25 miles on gravel road to parking for Springer Mountain, crossing AT several times allowing for hiking shorter sections.
