42.0 MM. Off of the AT and 2.1 miles in on the blue spur into the Gulf Hagas is Buttermilk Falls. This waterfalls is 2.1 miles in on the Gulf Hagas Rim Trail. Using KI Road as an access point, Gulf Hagas which is a spectacularly deep scenic gorge which has a series of falls is worth the side trip dayhike to visit. Courtesy askus3@optonline.net
