mm 0.0 - Parking rates for Tiorati Circle for 2007. Harriman State Park started charging to park at Tiorati Circle the third weekend in June in 2007. It is a paved lot, with outdoor grills. Vending machines are near the bathrooms too. This is the closest parking to the southern end of Sec. 10 and northern end of Sec. 11.
