mm 14.2  Silvermine Parking area. From here the AT may be accessed directly at mm 14.2 at the bank of the French Broad River. One can also use the Pump Gap Trail to reach the AT at mm 10.5 or 11.4 or use the Lovers Leap Trail which intersects the AT at mm 13.0   Courtesy dlcul@conncoll.edu
