The AT passes through an area with dozens of piles of rocks on the ridge crest. Thee were probably put there by farmers who dug them up while trying to till the land. Most are just haphazard piles but a few like this one are stacked neatly. Taken at approx. mm 7.6 Courtesy dlcul@conncoll.edu
