1	8/5/16 - Parking is no longer available on Blue Mountain Road at the junction with PA 61. The PA Game Commission has blocked it off due to excessive overuse related to a nearby swimming hole on the Schuylkill River. Alternative parking is available at the lot mentioned below (PA 61 SB) and a lot in town west of the trail off Broad Street. I've used this parking area twice for multi-day trips with no problems. There is always a large amount of trash strewn about the area.
